The Order Process
Five simple steps from request to your doorstep.
Submit Order Request
Order requests must be placed at least 1 week in advance; rush requests are allowed but subject to baker approval.
Baker Review
The baker will review your request and approve or deny based on availability and feasibility.
Approval & Invoice
If approved, you will receive an invoice requesting payment before baking begins.
Baking Begins
Baking starts once payment is received; each item is handcrafted with care.
Delivery
Hand-delivered on your requested date within 20 miles of Nashville. A $10 delivery fee applies.
Cutoff Times
Orders must be placed at least one week in advance. The baker reserves the right to decline requests that cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeframe.
Delivery & Drop-Off
Your order will be hand-delivered on the requested date within 20 miles of Nashville. A $10 delivery fee is applied at checkout.
Payment Methods
Kaylin Cakes accepts debit and credit cards through the secure online ordering system. Cash is accepted only at onsite events.
